Which shipping carriers do you use?
Trendasty partners with trusted global carriers to ensure your awesome merch arrives safely and on time. Our primary delivery partners include Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, and FedEx.
How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to process every order within 1 business day. During this phase, our team reviews, packs, and prepares your order for shipment. Weekends and public holidays aren’t counted in the processing time.
How long does shipping take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days with express service or 5–12 days with standard shipping. These estimates can vary slightly based on location and carrier delays.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct tracking link. Enter this number on the Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, or FedEx websites to monitor progress.
Is shipping free?
A small handling fee applies to single-item purchases, but this fee is waived automatically when purchasing two or more items.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Trendasty ships worldwide from our Hong Kong base, offering a range of international delivery options to suit your needs.
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
If the delivery window has passed, check the tracking details in the shipping confirmation email. If you notice a significant delay or delivery issue, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it promptly.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If an address update is needed, reach out as soon as possible. Address changes can be made before shipment, but once in transit, they may not be guaranteed.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
In rare cases where an order is lost in transit, contact our support team. A carrier investigation will be conducted, and a replacement or refund will be issued if appropriate.
