How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@trendasty.com or use the contact form on our site. Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns for items you’ve changed your mind about, want to exchange, or arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Trendasty, and prepaid return labels are not provided.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. For hygiene reasons, used or worn items cannot be returned.

Return Instructions
After the return request is approved, our team will send detailed return instructions. You’ll simply send the product back via your preferred courier service.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, the refund is processed promptly. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Lost Packages
If your return package is lost in transit, no worries—you won’t be held responsible. We’ll honor your refund even in the event of a lost return shipment.
